October 5, 2009 I just wanted to tell you how happy my husband and I are with the services provided by Perfect Landscapes. We're pretty demanding customers when it comes to personal services, as we both take tremendous pride in our work and the appearance of our home and trust only those who share our high standards to help with the care of our home. Perfect Landscapes has earned that trust and our continued patronage over the years. We'd tried other lawn services in the past and were so dismayed with the service and results we'd decided to go back to doing our own lawn care. But our schedules are so hectic we decided to give Perfect Landscapes a try upon the recommendation of others in our neighborhood who had beautiful lawns. Now, our lawn is flawless and looks as beautiful as the other Perfect Landscapes houses in our neighborhood! I recommend your company to all my friends and neighbors. And for those who think they can't afford professional lawn service, I tell them the price we pay for you lawn services is not much more than what we'd paid doing our own fertilization/aeration/seeding. 7/26/09 To the Perfect Landscape Team, Thank you for your participative approach, creativity, and incorporating our priorities into our patio and landscape project. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Your crew should really be commended on the high quality of their workmanship. We watched them as they constructed the patio and it was easy to see that they had a ton of experience in building patios. Before laying each paver, they always ensured everything was perfectly level. Even prior to the pavers being laid, they took great effort in packing down all the material used under the pavers. For example, they wouldn’t wait until all the gravel had been added prior to packing it down, they actually pack the gravel down each time they added a small amount. Seeing that process, we are confident that we should never have any issues with any of the pavers sinking. We look forward to one day bringing to life the remainder of the design you developed for our backyard. It is really beautiful and we were extremely thankful for your patience as you worked with us to find the right plantings that would be safe for our dog-which is not easy to do since there are so many toxic plants used normally in residential landscapes.
